Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AstroHalo mobile application ("Service") developed and operated by Halo Labs ("Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AstroHalo provides natal charts, horoscopes, synastry analysis, tarot readings, and AI-powered astrological interpretations. All content is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or psychological).

2. Eligibility (Age Restriction)

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account and use the Service. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Where local law sets a higher digital age of consent, that age applies. Users in the United States must be at least 13 years old (COPPA).

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth information for precise chart calculations.
• Do not input another person's personal data without their consent.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat, which provides receipt validation and entitlement state.
• Refunds follow the respective app store's refund policy. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly for store-managed transactions.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings (Google Play Store or App Store).
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Credits and Purchases

• Certain features consume credits (AI chat, tarot readings, detailed reports).
• Premium subscribers receive a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not carry over. Credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
• PDF reports are one-time purchases and non-refundable once generated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written consent from the Developer.

7. Disclaimer

• Astrological content is not scientifically validated and is provided for reference and entertainment only.
• The Developer is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
• The Developer is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure or system failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings screen. The Developer reserves the right to restrict access for users who violate these Terms. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

10. Service Changes

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app announcements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
